The site update added language localized versions of the new Portfolio Manager utilizing Silverlight technology to the MSN Money sites for other countries.
The Portfolio Manager overview provides more information and comparisons between the Portfolio Manager options on MSN Money.
This site update also includes changes to reduce/eliminate HTTP 500 errors and some performance and data quality improvements.

Was this supposed to stop fund updates working for Microsoft Money 2005 in the UK? That seems to have happened on the same date.
I don't believe it should have, but raise a problem via this article.
