The MSN Money website was updated yesterday.
The updates were very minor and caused little, if any downtime.
The most significant change was the replacement of the "Basic" Portfolio with an updated version (this has been available for preview for the past two months).

Not sure if it has to do with the update of the site or just coincidence but I noticed that in the last few days the daily change value for every stock quote switches to "Unchanged" right around midnight EDT (instead of shortly before the market opens the next day).
This is highly annoying for someone like myself who lives on the West Coast and no longer can see the day's change in portfolio value after 9pm. It's especially bad because it also affects all quote updates launched from inside MS Money. Who at Microsoft can I complain to about this?

Possibly two avenues you could try
a) see Article 321 which is about raising a support ticket, or
b) At the bottom of the MSN money pages, there should be a 'feedback' option - this may allow you to report the problem.
Can't be sure whether you get responses, but worth a try..
Thanks for the reply. I submitted a support request per your advice. I will let you know if I hear back anything useful. This is really bothering me.
